This is the first British band featured on this blog. Founded by member of West Indian descent, Symarip (originally the Bees) is mostly famous for being one of the first skinhead bands: this is one of their best known hits, "Skinhead Girl", which was later covered by Bad Manners.

The Pyramids was one of the names the band went through. The forst documented one was the Bees
